The Wellness Practice was founded on the belief that a person’s state of well-being begins with their nutrition. From our first breath to our last, our vitality depends on the quality of care we impose on our bodies. We believe that every person has the potential and capacity to change their relationship with food and their health. We strive to help break the cyclical pattern of “dieting” and help individuals move towards more conscious and intuitive eating. It begins with nourishing the body with healthy foods and lifestyle choices…in other words…The Foods You Eat. The Thoughts You Think. The Exercise You Get.
As a Nutrition Therapist, Sadie provides medically sound, family-friendly nutritional counseling to both adults and children with a variety of nutritional concerns, including: weight management, diabetes & glycemic control, eating disorders, cancer, cardiovascular disorders, fitness & sports nutrition, food allergies, gastrointestinal disorders, detoxification programs, pregnancy and lactation, and disease prevention and general nutrition/wellness.
Sadie will address the unique and varied needs of individuals and offer practical nutritional planning that is reasonable, realistic, and manageable for your life...Everything you need for long-term success!
Whether you are seeking treatment for a complex medical condition, weight loss, or would like general information on improving your overall health, you will leave your initial appointment with useful knowledge you can implement immediately into your life.
Some clients choose a few visits only, while others request a full program with follow-up meetings. Whatever your preference, we will tailor a healthy eating plan to meet your specific needs, and will collaborate with your physicians and therapists when appropriate.
