FEE POLICIES: All personal training packages of 24 sessions or more include free customized diet plan and supplement guidance. All sessions are prepaid. No charge on sessions that are cancelled with a 24 hour or more notice. Please submit travel plans or other prearranged dates that would conflict with your sessions at least 2 weeks in advance. Semi-private sessions (2 or more) available.
