FirstLine Therapy

FirstLine Therapy—a therapeutic lifestyle change program—is the most comprehensive and customizable program we offer.  It is simply a lifestyle medicine program that can help you improve your health, achieve your health goals, and reduce your health risks.  With FirstLine Therapy, you’ll learn simple things you can do every day to take control of your health-such as diet, exercise, stress management, and appropriate nutritional supplementation.

Therapeutic lifestyle changes are the first, and possibly the most important therapy prescribed to treat many chronic health problems.  Leading health organizations—including the National Institutes of Health, American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association, and Arthritis Foundation—now recommend lifestyle interventions (lifestyle medicine) as the “first line of therapy” for treating chronic illnesses and other serious health conditions, such as:

  • High Cholesterol
  • High Blood Pressure
  • Metabolic Syndrome
  • Diabetes
  • Osteoporosis
  • Osteoarthritis
  • Overweight/Obesity
  • Alzheimer’s Disease
  • Other conditions related to aging

Lifestyle choices are also the key to addressing other health concerns and symptoms, such as: fatigue, hormone imbalance, low sex drive, stress-related symptoms, and poor memory or lack of mental clarity.  Many of these health problems can be reversed or even treated by adopting a healthy lifestyle.  A healthy lifestyle starts with the knowledge to make informed decisions that empower you to impact your health every day and achieve lasting weight loss results.  With this program you’ll also get easy ways to track you progress, tips for success, and other support that will help you achieve your goals.

The FirstLine Therapy Difference—It works!

This program provides you with step-by-step guidance and education along with 3 months worth of accountability.  This package offers a comprehensive Nutrition Assessment, Clinical Lab Testing and a Bio-Impedance Analysis (hydration/body composition test).  You will also receive a FirstLine Therapy patient guidebook which includes a customized meal plan and three sample daily menus.  Weekly follow-up and education sessions will help you monitor your goals, build strategies for success, and keep you on track.
